Nobody reads terms and conditions, so we’ve kept these short and added a one-line summary to every section. The summaries are there to help. The full wording is what counts legally.

1. Who Can Use the Site

In short: adults only, and only where it’s legal.

The Site is for people aged 18 or over, or the legal gambling age in their country if that’s higher. Gambling laws differ from place to place. It’s your job to make sure that reading gambling content and using any gambling service is legal where you live.

2. What the Site Is and Isn’t

In short: we write about casinos. We don’t run one.

The Site publishes information and opinion about online gambling services. We don’t accept bets, hold money or manage player accounts. We’re independent of Rainbet and every other operator we mention, so we can’t unlock your account, speed up your withdrawal or reverse a decision by their support team.

3. Information, Not Advice

In short: nothing here tells you to gamble, and nothing promises you’ll win.

Everything on the Site is general information. It isn’t legal, financial or professional advice, and it isn’t a recommendation to gamble. Gambling carries a real risk of losing money, and the house has an edge in every game.

4. Accuracy

In short: casino terms change fast. Check the operator’s site before you act.

Bonuses, payment options, limits and country availability change often and without notice. We date our figures and re-check them regularly, but we can’t guarantee that every number on the Site is complete, current or error-free at the moment you read it. Before you register, deposit or claim a bonus, read the operator’s own terms.

5. Affiliate Links

In short: we may earn commission if you sign up through our links. It costs you nothing and doesn’t buy a better review.

6. Other Websites

In short: once you leave the Site, you’re dealing with someone else.

Links lead to websites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, security or services. Any agreement you make with an operator is between you and that operator. Disputes about accounts, bonuses, verification or payments have to be resolved with them.

7. Restricted Countries

In short: if an operator doesn’t accept players from your country, don’t sign up, and don’t use a VPN to try.

Operators restrict access from certain countries. You must not use information from the Site to get around legal, geographic or operator restrictions, whether through a VPN, false details or someone else’s identity. Accounts opened that way can be closed and balances withheld, and we accept no responsibility if that happens.

8. Our Content

You may not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission. Trademarks, including “Rainbet”, belong to their owners and appear here only to identify what we’re writing about.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to attempt unauthorised access, scrape the Site at scale, introduce malware, interfere with its operation or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

In short: your gambling decisions and their results are your own.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site or of any third-party service. That includes gambling losses, closed accounts, withheld funds, failed verification and crypto sent to a wrong address or network. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can’t legally be excluded, including your rights under consumer protection law.

11. Changes

In short: we may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when.

We may change these terms at any time. The “last updated” date shows the current version, and continuing to use the Site means you accept it.

12. Governing Law

In short: the law of the Site operator’s home country applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the Site’s operator is established, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. This doesn’t affect mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.
